Mar 2009 – Effective immediately Valor has acquired the retail store supply and commercial fuel and lubricants business of Wholesale Petroleum of Owensboro, KY.  A Texas based firm has bought all the convenience store real estate under the name Fast Fuel. We will be bringing over some office staff. Valor is looking forward to serving this new customer base!

May 2008 – Valor has agreed to purchase the supply contracts of Benedict and Benedict’s (Glasgow, KY) Dealer/Reseller fuel business. Benedict and Benedict will stay operational with other business units intact.

Jan 2007 – Thomas Emmick, Yvonne Emmick, Gary Emmick and Lisa Emmick have acquired Carroll Hildreth’s interest in Valor, LCC.  With this transaction the Emmick Family owns 100% of Valor, LLC.

Nov 2001 – Emmick Oil, of Owensboro, and CC Hildreth Oil, of Bowling Green, merge to create Valor Oil LLC. Emmick will remain the majority shareholder.
