Nov 2001 – Emmick Oil, of Owensboro, and CC Hildreth Oil, of Bowling Green, merge to create Valor Oil LLC. Emmick will remain the majority shareholder. The jobber now carries multiple fuel brands and lubricant brands to supply its customers. The venture will also add a new line of business, Renegade Racing Fuel, to the mix.
